Claire trained as an actor at Mountview, and it was here, where her stage combat training began, that she realised she was much better at getting hit in the face, stabbed and strangled to death, and it was much more fun! She decided to train as a stage combat teacher with the BADC, qualifying in 2008.

 

During her training she worked under the guidance of RC-Annie with whom she is now an Associate Teacher and is currently the resident stage combat tutor at ALRA North. As a teacher Claire loves working with a wide range of ages from the young to the not so young. Claire is proud to be serving on the BADC Committee, developing skills and spreading the stage combat joy.
